By this point, we’re guessing you’ve done some research. You probably checked out some websites (or episodes of HGTV) on having a renovation. Maybe looked at a few/many design styles, material pros and cons, and maybe some color pallets and finishes that fit your taste. All the information you’ve collected should be considered in your project review with a professional.

If you’re ready to take the next step to discuss with a pro, its time to call your local remodeling expert. Every remodeler has their own process, and to make this easier for you, here’s an overview of our process. “The 1, 2, 3s of OUR PROCESS”

In-Home Visit. We don’t charge for the in-home, no-pressure consult, but it is important. We meet your house. We get a better idea of your project by seeing it, taking photographs and measurements, and discussing your motivation, ideas and vision in detail.

Build-A-Bath Review. We create your Build-a-Bath (the project plan) just for your project. To ensure you understand the information you’ll meet with our owner, Larry Newman, in our showroom. Larry will walk you through your Build-a-Bath, detailing what’s involved, including estimated costs and timelines, answering any questions you have.

Design Meeting. Once you’ve decided “YES!” to use Only Bathrooms, LLC you’ll come to our Alexandria showroom to discuss with Larry, more detailed design choices and estimated start date. We have lots of cool stuff for you to see and touch to help you create the perfect project. Note, design choices always affect the cost. (Throughout your project we will work closely with you on any changes and updates and how that may affect the timeline and costs).

Project is a Go!

Let’s get the agreement signed. The agreement lays out the project overview, payment schedule and estimated start date. Once a signed copy is received in our office your project start date is added to our calendar.
