Great experience with Larry and Only Bathrooms! Our bathroom reno looks fantastic. Larry helped guide us through sourcing materials and incorporated our ideas into a fresh, modern design. Would definitely recommend and use again for other projects.
We were looking to update a barely functional bathroom area and had struggled to find a company that would do quality work for a fair price. We were lucky to find Only Bathrooms and thrilled to meet with Larry Newman. From start to finish, Larry and his crew did great work and kept us updated every step of the way. To meet the project schedule, they worked weekends and holidays. The result was the Mediterranean inspired master bathroom that we had imagined.

Only Bathrooms totally remodeled our master bath, and they did a fantastic job. We are so pleased. The price was reasonable and came in as estimated. Remodeling a bath, especially when removing an old tub and replacing it with a shower, is big job, but the work went as anticipated. The owner Larry is a pleasure to work with, as is his entire team…all very professional and so good at what they do.

Larry and his crew are true professionals — from the original estimate all the way to the end. They called to arrange deliveries of the fixtures, let me know specifically when they would be working, arrived on time, performed their work with care, and left the site clean when they left each day. I've had the pleasure of working with Only Bathrooms on a renovation of all the bathrooms as well as the complete lower level of my split foyer home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! "We had an excellent experience with Only Bathrooms. We had appointments with 5 different remodeling companies about installing a bathroom and wet bar in our finished basement. Four of them said it couldn't be done because of a lack of existing water hook up and negative slope to push out waste water. Only Bathrooms said they could do it and they were right. They did a fabulous job on our basement, making it classy but within our budget. We will be using them again for an upstairs bathroom remodel."
We hired Only Bathrooms to complete a kitchen/pantry project that involved knocking down a kitchen wall, installing a new closet wall, relocating cabinets, relocating a closet door, putting up closet shelves, moving electrical outlets and switches, and putting up new light pendants and recessed lights. We picked Only Bathrooms because Craig seemed to have the best vision for our project and their estimate was fair when compared to the others we received. Once the work commenced, Craig was very responsive to our requests and his team (Joel, Jose, Edwin, etc.) did excellent work. The workers arrived each day on time and worked with attention to detail throughout the day.

They’ve replaced sliding glass doors with beautiful patio doors, even adding a doggie door into one of them at my request. They repainted the entire interior of my home, and have done several other smaller projects for me over the years. I keep going back to them because Larry is so easy to work with, and I know I’ll get an excellent job for a reasonable price. I don’t even bother with getting other estimates. When I’m ready for a new home improvement project, I just email Larry, and we get going. He and his company are the best.”
We are currently remodeling our master bathroom and using a wonderful company who I cannot refer strongly enough! They are a local company in Alexandria and the owner is incredibly hands on. Not only has their work been organized and thorough, they leave our house and work site immaculate every day - their workers are extraordinarily respectful and careful in our home. Larry Newman is the owner and has been instrumental in designing a gorgeous bathroom. We had tons of ideas and he has helped me edit down the choices with beautiful results. He and his project manager have been incredibly patient with us and walked us through every decision with great detail…if you'd like to see a sample of their work, you are more than welcome to contact me to come look at their work in our home. That is how strongly I feel about promoting this company.
Only bathrooms recently remodeled my bathroom (fairly major job). I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was. Costs were very competitive, quality of work was amazing, workers were incredibly professional, and being able to select all of the supplies at the show room (not like other companies I learned!) made it really easy. I would enthusiastically recommend this company for any bath remodel.
My wife and I want to thank you for helping us find a way to renovate our bathroom. Although we had a limited budget you found a way to make it work for us. Your guys seemed to go the extra mile and did an incredible job. Thanks again Larry!
