Meet Larry
Larry Newman, Only Bathrooms, LLC owner, has lived and worked in the Northern Virginia area his entire life. The Fort Hunt-Alexandria area has been his home the last 30 years. He understands the challenges and needs of NoVa homeowners.
Larry Newman has been in the remodeling field over 30 years. In his early years, Larry joined forces with a high school classmate to build a handman service company. Larry realized this foundation allowed him to develop work ethic and skills that he could use to grow a reliable, quality-driven company. In 2004 Only Bathrooms, LLC was launched.
Larry designed Only Bathrooms, LLC to reflect the needs of his clients by originally focusing his expertise on remodeling and developing high-quality bathrooms in the Fort Hunt-Alexandria area. Since then, word has spread and the need for Only Bathrooms, LLC remodels in other parts of the house and in other parts of NoVa has grown. Larry has stepped up, building a team of craftsman and workers to meet the residential remodeling challenges.

I've had the pleasure of working with Only Bathrooms on a renovation of all the bathrooms as well as the complete lower level of my split foyer home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Their team was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my ideas for the project and then provided insight and suggestions to enhance the final product.
Only Bathrooms did a fantastic job on our lower-level renovation to include flooring plumbing drywall paint truly fantastic job - they are the "Only" ones to hire.
Only Bathrooms totally remodeled our master bath, and they did a fantastic job. We are so pleased. The price was reasonable and came in as estimated. Remodeling a bath, especially when removing an old tub and replacing it with a shower, is big job, but the work went as anticipated. The owner Larry is a pleasure to work with, as is his entire team…all very professional and so good at what they do.
Only bathrooms recently remodeled my bathroom (fairly major job). I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was. Costs were very competitive, quality of work was amazing, workers were incredibly professional, and being able to select all of the supplies at the show room (not like other companies I learned!) made it really easy. I would enthusiastically recommend this company for any bath remodel.
